Maths games, the Owl tutor and the teacher’s quiz

The school’s fractions resource is built around a lamington stall at the school fete. In this part the same resource drives Charlie’s word game and practice games, and the Owl tutor’s explanations. It is also behind the quiz that Daniel, the teacher, set for the class.

Part 7 of a series that follows one primary school on Qwizflow from nothing to a working, school-library-only Year 5. Bellbird Rise Primary School is a fictional Melbourne school created for this demo. In this video a Year 5 learner plays Family Finder, Boss Battle and Detective on the Grade 5 Maths path, asks the Owl tutor about fractions, and completes the quiz the teacher built from the school library, where a wrong answer brings a hint drawn from the same resource. Every question, hint and explanation comes only from the school’s own fractions resource. Everyone shown is a demo account.
