Video series · Bellbird Rise (demo)

A whole school on Qwizflow, from setup to Year 5 — a 9-part video series

Follow Bellbird Rise Primary School from an empty account to a working Year 5. The principal sets it up, a teacher fills the school library, and learners, parents and staff use it. Every lesson, quiz, game and tutor answer is built only from the school’s own materials. Nine short videos, about 33 minutes in all, recorded in the live app.

Bellbird Rise Primary School is a fictional demo school, and everyone shown is a demo account. The sample resources are original material organised by Victorian Curriculum 2.0 Level 5 strands; the school and this series are not affiliated with the VCAA.

Start with Part 1

The nine parts

  1. Part 1 · 3:45

Setting up a new school: principal and staff

The principal sets the school’s colour and its rule that AI content comes only from the school’s own materials, invites a first teacher, and creates the Year 5 classes.

  2. Part 2 · 3:11

The school library: Year 5 resources and homework

The Year 5 teacher fills the school library with English and Maths resources, shares them with the school, and turns them into a quiz and homework.

  3. Part 3 · 3:06

Building Grade 5 English and Maths paths from the library

The teacher drafts Grade 5 English and Maths learning paths from the library, shapes them to the Victorian Curriculum strands, and assigns them to class 5A.

  4. Part 4 · 3:40

A Year 5 learner joins, a parent gives consent

Charlie joins class 5A with the teacher’s code, and Sam, Charlie’s parent, links up and chooses which AI features to turn on.

  5. Part 5 · 3:43

English as a Year 5 learner, from the school’s own resource

A spoken lesson, a read-aloud quiz with hints, and a word game, all built from one school resource on clauses and complex sentences.

  6. Part 6 · 3:52

Maths practice along the school’s Grade 5 path

Nuggets on fractions, a challenge on number patterns, and flashcards and a memory trick on perimeter and area, each built from the school’s own resource.

  7. Part 7 · 3:49

Maths games, the Owl tutor and the teacher’s quiz

Word and practice games, the Owl tutor’s explanations and the teacher’s quiz, all drawn from the school’s own fractions resource.

  8. Part 8 · 3:39

The same school library in Vietnamese and Arabic

Two classmates learn from the same school library in their own languages: one in Vietnamese, and one in Arabic, right to left.

  9. Part 9 · 4:00

Grading, a live class quiz, school results and parent oversight

The teacher grades work and runs a live class quiz, the principal reads school results, the school-only rule turns a request away, and a parent sees what the AI knows.
