Child safety

How Qwizflow protects children, and what to do if you are worried about one.

How the app protects children

  • Learners under 13 get Quest Kingdom: tap-only, with no open-text AI chat. See Quest Kingdom.
  • Under 16, a parent or guardian switches each AI feature on or off, one at a time.
  • Speaking instead of typing is never offered under 13.
  • When the system detects a possible duty-of-care concern, a learner's teacher can receive a safety flag with its nature and severity, never the full AI conversation.

Report a concern

  • If a child is in immediate danger, call Triple Zero (000).
  • If you are worried about a child on Qwizflow, email support@qwizflow.com.
  • If a question or explanation in the app is wrong or unfair, use the Report button beside it.
  • Cyberbullying, image-based abuse and illegal online content can be reported to the eSafety Commissioner.
  • Young people can talk to a counsellor at any time on Kids Helpline, 1800 55 1800.
